I don't know anything about the Cap Roig setlist-duration, but I can tell you that in Spain 22:30 is a normal hour for start a concert. It wouldn't be wired if the show end at 1:30.Ronaldson wrote:I notice that the concerts in Spain generally seem to have a later start time than elsewhere in the tour. In Cap Roig, in particular, it seems that the concert will only start at 22:30 (at which point, Leonard Cohen would normally be near the end of his evening performance). So to anybody familiar with the Cap Roig Festival, do you think that the setlist will have to be shortened? Or do you expect that the concert will still run for the usual three hours (and therefore end only at 01:30)?
Cap Roig sounds like a very attractive place for an outdoor concert, and it is tempting to use it as an excuse for a Mediterranean vacation. Has anybody been to this festival before? Any comments as to what may make it a special, or perhaps not so special, venue? What types of audience does the festival usually attract? The magic of the experience is so much more intense when surrounded by people who are deeply appreciative of the music.
Thank you.
But I don't know about Cap Roig.
Other question.... when I buy the tickets for León, the page said that the concert will be of 70 minutes. Anybody know anything about that? I hope it will be wrong, I see Leonard in Lisboa 3 hours, and I hope he play more or less the same time at the new gig in Spain.
