Re: Hallelujah on UK X-Factor (all threads merged here)
Much appreciations for the above link. Does anyone know where I can get to hear the Radio 2 documentary on the song? Kicking myself for having missed it. I hope this is the one you're looking for. Re: cohen vs. dylan
I'm sorry, but I just don't understand what the whole fasination with Bob Dylan is all about. His lyrics are too plain and simple. I never understood what was so special about his songs. I can't stand his voice, his music or his looks. He annoys me. I thought I must be the only LC fan who doesn't l...

What a beautiful photo, Jarkko. If I knew how to make it my screensaver, I would. It's exactly where my mind needs to be at this very moment... with a Mythos in my hand ;-) :) . Economy and personal finances willing, I'll be there. Thanks for posting this photo... even for as long as I look at it, ...

Re: Everybody Knows - The British Tour
You know,it's not flea bay that seems to be the problem, but bloody Ticket master and the so called genuine fan site themselves, such as getmein and seatwave. The so called fan to fan ticket selling at face value sites seem to rip you off more! I'd agree. I've sold tickets on ebay before, but have pu...

Re: Find, sell or swap Fall Tour tickets here

So, this is where all those prime seats in Block B in front of the stage at floor level were hidden when the initial ticket sales commenced: http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/event/1F00410FABC8532F?artistid=733217&majorcatid=10001&minorcatid=1 Seriously, is there anyone out there who is really ...

Re: Terrible T-shirts. Scotland or the world?
Oh dear, I bought a nice t shirt that fitted just right. But it hasn't been washed yet  Oh well, in the end it'll fit a teddy bear I suppose. I shall have to buy one and call it Leonard. Dear Ariadne, that is a lovely idea in itself! If I were you, I'd just do that and get myself a "Leo...

Re: Find, sell or swap Fall Tour tickets here
I already bought some decent seats the other day and would want the offer to go to someone who had been a member on here longer than I anyway, but what a lovely lovely gesture.

Thank you, I'll do that then.margaret wrote:Just be careful how you wash it and it should be fine. Mine has been in a gentle wash at 40 degrees twice and still fits OK (the label actually says wash at 30) They are all smaller than the size you expect though!

Re: London, July 17 [merged threads]
Well I finally made it to see the man himself at the 02. I was quite surprised at how nice the outside part of the arena was with all the bistros, and even the pub we stopped in for a glass of vino had his music on to get everybody in the mood, as if we needed that! :D But I did think it was a nice ...
