Sideways, you know why my Twitter username is @7thJune1967 ? The 7th of June was a Wednesday. Exactly forty weeks later (280 days) I was born on Tuesday the 12th of March, 1968. Forty weeks is the absolute average time for a woman to be with child. According to my Mum the doctors said all along I was right on time. I believe the evening of the 7th of June is my date of conception as it is almost to the hour Israel re-took all of Jerusalem, her Temple Mount. I believe my father would have heard this, probably on the wireless, in the evening as Melbourne was/is some 7 hours ahead of Jerusalem mean time and the Israelis took her in the morning. He would have lit a smoke, had a small wine and proceeded to make love to my mother; so happy in what he had heard. I realise this re-creation is all speculative, but I also know it fits all the parameters of the time pretty well perfectly. So I say to you, "Next year in Jerusalem!"
