Re: Bob Dylan's Hallelujah (1988)
Hey, thanks, Tom. At last. I've been wondering how this sounded and now it's instantly become one of my favourite covers of "Hallelujah." Even though I'd enjoy watching Bob perform it, I prefer watching that montage of photographs from his life. Considering his life and all he's done and been through, and how he now reportedly feels about people as a whole, the song is fraught with meaning... "well, really, what's it to ya" and some other phrases really come through in that way.
