i watched his cover of 'if it be your will' the other day and felt the hairs on the back of my neck tingling... it is a heart shredding version of a cohen classic - one of the few covers of a leonard song which really does the lyrics and the music justice.

I couldn't agree more, Phil. I don't own the film, and of all the performances in it, after all this time and having watched it only once, Antony's is the one I can still remember and envision.

It reminds me of interpretive dance where the angst of emotional/spiritual/psychological pain is put to movement; whereas, Antony's cover is the sung representation of it. Authenticity is its hallmark.
