Can I just say it is Mothers Day tomorrow 30th March I don't know if Mothers Day is a universal ploy by the card manufactors to get you to spend your money.
However may I just wish all you mothers Happy Mothers Day and those of you who are lucky enough to still have your mothers treat them well.

Happy Mothers Day

Mothers' Day falls in May in France too, so it's probably the same for the rest of card-buying Europe. I think that in the UK it must be linked to Easter in some way, as it moves around from one year to the next. Does it do the same in the US, Elizabeth, or is it fixed? Does anyone know what governs the date of Mothers' Day in the UK, or how we got to be so out of step with others who have the same custom?
John, amen to that.
John, amen to that.

My kids have brought me chocolates and cards and flowers and are cooking dinner for me. I wish I could do the same for my mum. It is always an emotional day.
I should have let it rest really I know it will be an emotional day for a lot of people.
John you are so right mum's who have lost their kids. I can't begin to think how that would feel. And kids who have lost their mums.
We all owe a debt to our Mums. God bless them all
