There is no difference in the war and afar
it is terrible the marks on my appendix scar
the hunter or the prey
the opposite of the night and the day
the breathing of life into modelling clay
and the expiry of this in the future far away
the scales of justice they do unbalance sway
resulting in the hate in the world today
the slaughtered and the slaughterer
the tipping the coals out of the divine fire
and the emulatation of the ritual in the funeral pyre
that terrible, that terrible greedy and ever greedy desire
