something

Post by Sandra »

something is happening
something between two
something is being born
they pretend it is not true
all is so fragile
all is pure
they do not know
what to do
they are grown up
but this is new

Great example of a poem about love, without using the word, Sandra :D .

I also like the subtlety of its tension.

Short and sweet :D
A sip of wine, a cigarette
And then it's time to go
I tidied up the kitchenette
I tuned the old banjo

Very subtle. Reminds me of one or two Jacques Prevert paroles.

Kush, this is the second time you relate a poem of mine with one of Prevert......I learnt about that poet because of your comment and he is very good, thanks Kush.

Hi Sandra ~

I showed this to a friend of mine who's recently met someone. She said, "I love that! I want a copy of it." It seemed to resonate with her  , which I had thought it might :) .

Wanted to share that with you :D .

I found one Sandra!
It has been awhile since this was posted. Is there a part 2 to this delightful piece?

I am attracted to it's innocence,
all is so fragile
all is pure
and I wonder where this lovely moment led. :) :?:
