On behalf of the organising committee let me say we are really looking forward to welcoming you to Dublin next August for the 2014 Leonard Cohen Event.

Dublin is a vibrant city; steeped in history, heritage and folklore. Lots to see and do - many of the attractions are free such as the art galleries, museums and libraries.

We will provide information on registration soon and it will be posted on the Forum and Files first followed by the Facebook page.

We welcome your ideas and suggestions to build on the success of previous events; so don't be shy.

The official registration for the Leonard Cohen 2014 Event in Dublin will open on October 1st.

There will be direct links to the registration on the Forum and in the Dublin 2014 section of the Leonard Cohen Files.

Information on the registration process and the cost will be advised in advance of October 1st.

We are really looking forward to hosting the Event in Dublin next August and to welcoming you to our great city.

Leonard's concert in Dublin last night was amazing. All the musicians and singers were fantasitc- great atmosphere. So looking forward to the next big event in Dublin.

aaz, as you can see from the foregoing posts, the Dublin Event has already been decided upon; a committee is in place and it's in the planning process.

However, Athens could be considered for 2016 or 2018, if you received the necessary support for this! Furthermore, bear in mind that there are also the regular meet-ups on Hydra every two years (in the middle of the year) on the odd numbered years, so the next one will be in 2015.

Just to be clear and to make sure that there are no misunderstandings: this thread is talking about a fan-only event; there will be concerts involved BUT they will not feature Leonard himself.
