Hello,
I'm searching for a biography of Leonard Cohen. I know of some major books, but they are pretty large volumes, and I'm looking for something more brief/ shorter. Can anyone recommend me some reliable source matching this criterion?

Re: A Concise Biography
You could try Ira Nadel's first LC book "Leonard Cohen - A Life in Art", which has 148 small pages of text and a resume at the back, but it will only take you up to 1994.

Otherwise, you could read my astrological article in "Apollon" magazine Issue 1 (pp.49-57) and ignore the astrological bits (!), but that will only take you up to 1998.

Hi Mirek ~
Or, you could get Sylvie Simmons's biography "I'm Your Man" ~ the book is fairly thick, but the reading is VERY easy and goes fast, with photos included! I suggest the Canadian edition and next the U.S., with the U.K. one coming in last. You'll engage immediately and sweep through. It will bring you pretty much right through until now... and it's worth having, no matter what!
