THE 2012 OLD IDEAS TOURING BAND
Updates Coming Last week in May, so stay tuned, there might be a couple fresh faces, but you didn’t hear that here…

Obviously there is the violinist now but this suggests maybe other persons also joining in - does anybody have news on this?

Maybe Jennifer Warnes and/or Dana Glover....it did say "a couple of fresh faces"!
.....or maybe another two different musicians. As long as they keep Alex and his violin!
Just a thought - How are they going to fit them all on stage

.....another thought says it could be a couple of backstage members being added.

Mitch Watkins has joined the band. He has toured with Leonard in 1979, 1980, and 1985.

Mitch will be on the guitar. Bob Metzger cannot go on tour because of health issues.

I wish Bob a very speedy recovery. He will truely be missed but nothing is more important that your health.

Welcome to Mitch. It's great to have two old friends united once again on a tour.

I will really miss Bob Metzger, especially in Bird on the Wire and Everybody Knows. I loved watching him and listening to him. I wish him a speedy and full recovery.
Looking forward to hearing Mitch Watkins live, after all the great recordings I've heard.
