Is there anybody here have an idea, why Cobain (Kurt) use Cohen (Leonard) in his song "Pennyroyal Tea"

I'm not a Cobain listener, however, if this is the same song I recall being mentioned somewhere, citing a lyric something to the effect of wanting to moan eternally like Leonard Cohen [or the unmassacred version of that idea], it sounds like he may have already been contemplating suicide, and would hope to be accompanied into that relief state with some of the comfort brought to him by Leonard's songs. If you had quoted from the song itself, I could do better with my guess than guessing with my memory is allowing
