I'm dusting my furniture
The specks of dust
Are like stars in the sky
And the filthy rag I'm using
Is like time and energy
Eventually both
Will be gone
And then I'll need
More rags and dust.

Re: Dusting
This reminded me of something...
Embracing hearts
Fall together
Like specks of dust
In creation's
Vast meadow grass
Dandelion seeds
Make their escape
Then catch the breeze
And gazing up
They seem like stars
That carry 'way
The lover's dreams

Re: Dusting
...this is my sort of poem, drzoidberg; I love it...and where it leads me: off on some "universal" tangent.
