SOUTH AMERICA TOUR

Mr. Leonard Cohen must know that we has a great numbers of fans of all ages here in South America, specially in Brazil.

I am from Rio de Janeiro, and a great fan of his wonderfull work.

I was glad when I heard that he would come to performance here in last April , but I found out that I was mistaken, and that there is no mention in his 2010 Tour about South America.

That´s a putty. It´s easier whent you are in Europe to go to other country and watch a show, but for his fans from South America, the only way to watch his perfomance is buying the DVDs, or in videos on the internet... or traveling abroad...

I hope he finds some time for us!!!!

This is my first ever post... I'm from Buenos Aires... I don't know how can I do, but I have no way to travel to Europe or Australia!! I waited years and years and tears to have the chance to atempt to any Mr Cohen show/concert...
So, please please please, come to south america as soon as you can!!
Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico...!!!

I realize how frustrating this must be to all of Leonard's fans in South America. If he had not sustained his back injury, the concert tour for 2010 would have been completely different. However, because of that there has been a delay. Instead of starting in March...Leonard now begins at the end of July. Many changes took place in the schedule. However....Leonard is well and healthy now!!! As hard as it is, be patient for 2011...there will be another tour, and I "think" he may want to perform in many of the cities/countries where he has not been before.....God-willing. Do not lose hope! And please stay with us on the Forum...there is so much information that we share together, and of course, you will be informed immediately of tour plans.

Thank you very much, Diana; you're really kind... I know you can understand my/our frustration... the past year I was planning to travel to Europe to see him, but, you know, it's really really difficult in a southamerican economy, to join the amount enough to make a travel like that... it was really hard, when I realized I hadn't enough and the dates were passing...
Well, I hope you're ok. It's really great; Mr. Cohen is well and healthy... that's is really important!
