Morning dispute

Post by Cate »

Calvin Klien, you sir are a Liar!
I know how you got all hot
tumbling around with those loose sheets
in that... that dryer
but was that any reason to shrink on me?
Yes, that's right I've publicly said it
'You shrank!'
Sure, lie there innocently
trying to pretend you didn't.

Don't think Spandex wouldn't love to
spread himself over these thighs.

okay, there is the smallest possibility that it's time to put away the cookies and find an indoor track to run in as it's the one thing I really enjoy. I actually have very seriously decided to make some changes. Not a diet, I don't think I'd fare well on a diet, just healthier choices - not so much about jeans, more to do with feeling good and being as healthy as possible.
anybody else? (changes to how you take care of yourself - not cookie consumption)

Cute poem…

TALK IT UP, WORK IT OUT, BE HEALTHY!!

I just came back from a 10k run to honour the Olympic flame that has been burning ever so brightly here in Canada. After 106 days on the road, covering almost 45,000 kilometres, the Olympic torch is heading into the home stretch. The flame will reach Vancouver's Olympic stadium this evening and the Olympic cauldron will be lit, signaling the start of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. What great inspiration to get out there and participate in some form of physical fitness which benefits the mind, body and soul!

Cate,
I like your poem and your style – you are the only one who could embed sexy into tumble-drying. CK needs to respond and explain himself.

Hey Carm,
Didn't know you were from Vancouver too – pretty exciting time around here! My athletic endeavours pale around yours, but I do have a humongous Canada flag – do I get points for that?

Oh and I'm planning a juice fast, but will need to work from home for a few days during, as I'm told it will make me crankier than usual... Head for the hills, Steve!

Watch the opening ceremonies tonight!!

Imaginary Friend…

Bonus points for the Canadian flag. My husband is from Germany so the Canadian flag and the German flag are displayed side by side, proudly showing off their true colors here at home.

Good luck with the "juice thing". I commend your efforts for trying something new! Calvin Klien…here you come!

Hi Carm just wanted to point out that it's me that needs help with my jeans - I.F. is very fit and trim with a few nice curves exactly were needed.
That run sounds amazing!!! There must be a fever of excitement there right now.

Hello I.F. and thank you. Good luck with your fast! I wish Steve lots of luck too.
I've done a juice fast a few time - for cleansing , not weight loss (as anything you loss comes back to me the next week ). Day 1 and 2 sucks, then it's fine.
I'm going to miss the beginning of the opening ceremonies as I have to work tonight :( oh well.
