I came home late last night and caught the end of a Johnny Cash tribute programme, when he sang the song "Hurt" for some reason it reminded me of a question I was once asked:
If you could live your life all over again, no changes, exactly as it has been, would you?
I know what my answer was but I am interested in what others might say.

Interesting question!
No changes made I would be bored like h... during my schooldays, starting with one plus one....., no that does not sound attractive
But teenage years listening to Leonard Cohen, Jimi Hendrix, Pinkfloyd, Jefferson Airplane, Emerson - Lake and Palmer, kissing lots of young men, smoking pot and thinking that life will be like this for ever! hmmm, could be worth while trying that again
Motherhood, oh yes - even if I know what I'd get - anytime that I would experience that again
Now only my husband and me left in the house, this I would like to be doing for a long, long time - right until oldage and tired of living lets me fade out of here!
No, been there done it - I would rather want to try something new if there is a chance, no matter how fortunated I have been.
hugs from Cia
P.s.: If your life was a movie - would you go to see it? (bring popcorn and candy)

The intelligent man finds almost everything ridiculous, the sensible man almost nothing.

Most people I have asked this question of immediately say yes until I remind them that they can't make changes, then they usually say no
I suppose it's swings and roundabouts really.
cia If my life was a movie I suppose it would have to be a comedy, my husband once remarked that if I was an actress I could never be another Sharon Stone or Brigit Bardot I am much more in the mould of Bette Midler!!
