I try this forum to ask for some help. I have a 20 year old son who studies history at the university in Holland. He was in a bad trafficaccident last september and had to give up his study and job for a year because of a concussion. He very much need a short vacation and he wants to visit is friend in the U.S.A. The last days of his stay he wants to visit New York on his own for about 6 days, from 14th till 19th of March.
For the first time abroad on his own, in such a big city with no one he knows or safe places to stay. Thats a lot for my worried motherheart, specially now he is not feeling well all the time. But he is looking forward to it so much and I feel I have to let him go.
It would be so nice if, in case something happens or if he doesn't feel well, he could contact someone. Or maybe someone knows a adress of a studenthouse where he could stay? That would be a great help and I realy hope there is someone who lives in New York that could help us.
