Predictions

Post by George.Wright »

who smooths the folds in the divine sheet?
who reads the impressions left in the snow?
who allows the secret's to be read?
who decides if we are living or to be dead?
and who allows the atoms to let go?
and can we tap into the cosmic hard record?
and see which way the lines of fate accord?
can we predict the future in the crystal glass?
can we change it or do we let it pass?
and as we read the birth stars in the paper
do we live them or is it later?
who has the power to predict tomorrow?
will it be glad or full of sorrow?
if the future can be read, it is already there
we will continue spinning in the crazy carousel of the nightmare
jumping off, when we are told it's time
losing ourselves in some mad time line
that continues into the bowels of space
the judgement of the whole cursed human race
we then are faces with no emotions, automats with no hope
controlled by fate, we have no scope

This Georges fellow is talking nonsense, his poetry belongs in the trashcan.

My bin is in the stars, like most of your rubbish poetry. Go back to school and learn to spell, then people might take you serious. Your poetry is full of old cliches.

Avalon, go rumble in the rubbish then, and TRY and find your way to the stars(or the compost).

Hey George~
Looks like a troll has crawled out of the compost, and an illiterate one at that! Telling you to "learn to spell, then people might take you serious"(sic)! That really cracked me up, especially as you had no spelling errors here - so nobody will take this 'Avalon' person seriously!
Carry on George, we love your visions :D

Love,
Makera

Makera, thank you for your encouragement. I will of course continue to post my poetry in this section despite what Avalon says. These postings are for fun only and as are they appear in my head.

I should hope so, George!
You had better keep posting! I always look forward to your wonderful word-art...this forum would not feel right without your 'mind paintings'.
You just have to face it, George.....
You are the Picasso of the Poetry Forum: prolific, abstract, and exceptionally colourful :D . (Hey, not everyone liked Picasso either...didn't stop him  )
