Red Rocks

My recollection of Red Rocks is that it's open seating. Can anyone confirm that? Does that mean that all Red Rocks tickets are the same price, and seating depends on when you get there? Thanks. I'd go that far for beauty!!

Red Rocks is all open, general admission seating. The acoustics are great if you are in the lower half of the amphitheater. If you have the upper seats it can be difficult to hear, but the view of Denver from the upper half is phenomenal. It is worth getting there early to get a great seat.

Each concert at Red Rocks is different. Sometimes the first 25 rows are GA, the middle reserved, the back GA. However, I have a feeling this show will be all reserved with different price ranges like the four CSNY shows from a couple of summers ago.

I can't believe Red Rocks would be anything other than general admission. I certainly hope so.

Nah, I think its all reserved this time, same as Levon Helm a few weeks later. Never been to a fully reserved RR show so I'm not quite sure what to expect

How awful! I thought I was off the hook about needing to get a good ticket. I feel the stress coming on already! Just joking! If I could make it through the Beacon deal, I can get through anything! No problem.

To hell with it, if I'm lucky enough to score two tickets in the pre-sale this week, I'm flying over for the Red Rocks concert, hopefully there'll be a pre and or post concert meet of fellow fans, who might like to catch up with a bloke from Perth Western Australia.
