He is playing WA, what are you referring to.
Maybe the US??
Some people from their think it is the only country in the world.

Re: West Coast Tour??
Maybe the next leg will see him starting at the west coast of North American and moving his way back towards Montreal. I saw it suggested that Montreal might be his last date. What a party that would be!!!

Maybe, but I don't think Ireland would be part of the pacific - nice try though.

Re: West Coast Tour??
Any word of any California dates? Or even when they might announce the next leg so I can start obsessively checking the announcements?

Re: West Coast Tour??
Yes, wouldn't that be perfect? I can see it now...I Tried to Leave You, Whither Thou Goest, then Leonard packs up his things and walks home for a well deserved rest. Or better still, he would pack up his things and walk to a nearby bar where there will no doubt be a huge meet up of forum members!Kit Kat wrote:Maybe the next leg will see him starting at the west coast of North American and moving his way back towards Montreal. you mean there is more than one West Coast? (kidding) I should have added Oregon or Washington. Hopfully next year LC will be in the area. Thank you for poking me into the larger world and not being so U.S. centric.skipper1967 wrote:He is playing WA, what are you referring to.

In a topic entitled "The Pacific Tour of 2009" we Ozzies should try to remember that we're the smallest continent that borders that particular ocean.TRF wrote:you mean there is more than one West Coast? Re: West Coast Tour??
I was lucky enough to get tickets to the show in the Hunter Valley, NSW (East Coast of Australia) on 31 Jan 08, with The Triffids and Paul Kelly supporting!
ps - I happen to be originally from the West Coast -WA
I have created a story on Storyz.com about Leonard Cohen in which I will add photos from the show. If you're going too you should add some pics

Re: West Coast Tour??
When I saw that he was touring the Pacific, I was like, "Yes, he's coming, here!" But, then I found out it was Australia!
The Pacific is a very big ocean, obviously.
We're talking West Coast, North America, ie Victoria, BC, CANADA
We'll await news . . .
I hope everyone is well.
