Believe me, Charles, Andrew isn't really pedantic (or infantile) about a typo. But read a bit into the past years of this this forum, and you'll find p thrashing people for lack of command of their native tongue. he didn't even allow for being colloquial. Hi Paula, I have only plonked two people since I have been visiting this forum. Makeera is one (the other is a new but dull troll) partly because of her dreadful poetry but also because of her dishonesty in "argument".
This is only internet not real life, but whereas a challenging spat is really good fun it becomes pointless when someone consistently lies. It is true that I still see her posts when others comment on them but otherwise she is, unsurpirsingly, not missed.

The 'minute' to which I referred was that which elapsed between my edit (to add, NOT "delete") and Taigaku's post in which he referred to mine...
Are you grasping it yet? Just ask Taigaku if there were anything other than, 'WHAT the...??!!', in my post. Or, are you suggesting he was hallucinating!?
It really never ceases to amaze me the lengths to which some will go to "remove all doubt" about their ability to grasp basic self-evident facts.
Not to mention exposing their delusions of 'psychic insight' into others' motives, intentions and actions!
The last incoherent drivel from C2 is yet another illustration.
