Your spade isn't necessarily my spade, Kush. When I say what I've said about Judith's writing, I am calling a spade a spade. If you question my ability to step aside from seeing much in life as wonderful, and "calling a spade a spade," try reading some of my postings regarding the Iraq war, or some of the written conflicts I've had with a few posters here, past/present ~ even if I did avoid using the "stronger" words. Or, for a shorter route, to my initial post here regarding "words." As Jo has in her signature, we're pretty limited with only 26 letters.

Joe ~ Thanks  .

Witty Owl ~ Welcome back to the roost. Enjoyed your phonetic piece  .

My question on Judith's writing is who has the time to read all that rambling to form any kind of opinion?
Thank goodness we have only twenty six letters to work with, is my opinion. "Less is better" as the saying goes.

Lizzytysh....when I have read as many opinions by others as I have by yourself then I shall once again give your posts re' Iraq, conflicts etc etc the attention that they truly deserve. However, in the meantime I would like to concentrate on others viewpoints in order to get the balance and perspective just right. In the same way that I try to balance my musical interests and just life in general.

No problem there, Kush......pointed you in that direction only as a means of addressing: "There must be a middle way on this forum between this 'you are wonderful, Judith is wonderful, everything is wonderful' attitude and calling a spade a spade." Had others' attitudes/opinions been called into question, I'd have not bothered.

Well, hallelujah! I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds J. Fitzgerald incomprehensible. Her little dissertation on LC's poem "The Moon" was pretty awful. Of course, the poem is pretty awful too.

Be careful Moonlight or the sheep will savage you.
Anything the master has written must be good, surely?

Good Morning Heretic
Good to see your ramblings again
Got a good colour picture of your true likeness
Beware the Exorcist or he will put you back into your tub of fire again
Try and be a bit more constructive whilst you are chilling out on Earth and contact Rimmel for some eye shadow, it will at least make you look Human................

Heretic, i forgot to say
Strange to see you deposit your hate in the poetry section
I thought you told us you would not visit that crap
Still a fly's a fly................

Lit-elle messe, moffette,
Satan ne te fete,
Et digne somme coeurs et nouez.
A longue qu'aime est-ce pailles d'Eure.
Et ne Satan bise ailleurs
Et ne fredonne messe. Moffette, ah, ouais.

Heretic

I think you are right. I presume you have worked it all out :)

I think I'll post another rhyme from Mots d'heures :Gousses, Rames

or do I give up whilst I'm ahead.

Nope

another rhyme on the way. Make sure you read it out loud. :)

Yours in sanity

"Pousse y gate, pousse y gate,
Et Arabe, yeux bine?"
"A ben, tout l'on donne
Toluca de couenne"
"Pousse y gate, pousse y gate,
Oh, a dit Dieu d'here?
"Y fraternelle Lydie, Moise,
Honneur de chair"

Pete

now, does anyone get it?... or does it need another nursery rhyme?
