more Remasters?

Post by Drexler_McStyles »

I've heard that the rest of the catalog is getting remastered this year. Is that right? Any timetable for when they will be released?
Having recently purchased the first three, am I the only person who is having a problem with the discs getting scratched inside the cardboard sleeve when you pull it out? Which leads to my next question; Are these re-issues going to be available in jewel case in the near future? While I love the booklets Im not to thrilled with the easy to damage packaging

Welcome Drexler
I am pretty sure, but I can't always trust my memory, that your questions about the remasters (and any more you might have) were answered on the following thread:

To the best of my knowledge..."New Skin", "Ladies Man" and "Recent Songs" in the autumn, and ""Various Positions", "I'm Your Man" and "The Future" early next year.

All the best, John E

John,I had understood this to be the intended order of the re-issues, too. But I recall Jarkko posting back in May that the next 3 re-issues will now be:
'New Skin...', 'Various Positions' & 'I'm Your Man' in September 2007.

Do you really care about te rains Poopy or are you just trying te needle me?

Since you've asked we have had rain. In tragic fact, floods and lives lost, and snow at the beach would you believe?
But still on water restrictions with a prime minister (who you probably have only heard of in relation to Bush) who is finally starting to wake up to the fact that the earth is angry at us for not taking enough care of it.

Now I have really tested your booredom tolerance - politics and the environment in one fell swoop.
Look at me Leonard! :(

Dear Poppy although you are nearly unintelligible (have you been drinking?, should you be in bed?) I must correct a suspected misunderstanding.
I am not personally experiencing flood, "my country...of drought and flooding rains", is.
Thank you for your kind, garbled thoughts.

Madonna
My cheap but cheerful attempt to exploit the missing H on my keyboard obviously backfired.
I thought you had been sending me up with your missing H in the previous message.
Confusion reigns.
Anyway...glad to hear you are surviving what looks, now that I've seen it on TV,like a nasty situation.
Drinking? - never.
Should have beeen in bed? - possibly.
Old age? - maybe, just maybe.
