Hi all

I don't know if it has been mentioned here before (I couldn't find any reference) but I found a wonderful cover of Leonard's 'If It Be Your Will' a while ago at leonardcohensite.com
Sung in French by Graheme Allwright, who really does it justice: Si C'est ta Volonte

I've not heard Graeme Allwright, before, but his French version sounds very true to the spirit of the original and its creator. Merci beaucoup for the introduction.

and, thanks, too, for causing me to revisit Allison Crowe's recording of "Joan of Arc"; Allison's versions of "Hallelujah" have found their audience, but, this song has its own, simple, charm - first remarked upon, I believe, by the inimitable Lizzytysh ( :
