Ian McCulloch's 1992 album 'Mysterio'(on the 'Sire' label) features 'Lover, lover' lover'. This song was also released as a single with another track ('Honeydew') from the same album.
It also appears on a 'various artists' compilation album called 'Follow Our Trax, vol.8:Another Disc, Another Planet' 1992 on the Reprise label.
'Hey,That's No Way ...' by McCulloch is on the Cohen tribute album 'I'm Your Fan'.
He talks about meeting Leonard on the UK programme 'What Leonard Cohen Did For Me'.
Hope this helps.
