It is just so easy to throw an insult out and then not deal with the consequence Jo.

Jo you are probably right I lend nothing of any significance to the
on-going discussions but I do contribute and lay myself wide open for
ridicule and mockery as for some reason my views differ to a lot of
you.

However to belittle someone for a comment which they didn't even make
in the first place adds insult to injury especially when the
belittlement seems to be an exercise in boosting your own self esteem.
George Gordon made a valid point it differed from your opinion so you
mock. Unfortunately you couldn't even extract the valid point you
embroidered it to suit your derision.

There are potential posters out there who don't post precisely because
they don't want their comments mocked.

You say I am "impersonal" what does that mean are you saying I am
unemotional? I don't like the sugar coated words of encouragement
that are often used in this forum and a form of quid pro quo flattery
which discourages proper debate
