Emotions running ninety-foot deep
The slice you get of me will leave a mark
It's ironic that I could change you

I come in an edited down form
All you get of me is predetermined
A slice that says more about them than me
Run down and muted while they bask

Repeated attempts to prove me
Add weight to the judging scales
Throngs deploring a lack of morals
On show a tiny aspect never the whole

It makes me angry as the maddest pit bull
Knowing I'll never escape the page or screen
The lot of one that doesn't even exist
I never have and I never will
