Tom,
You've never heard of "Long John Baldry"? You know that line:
don't talk no boogie woogie to the kind of rock and roll! He was extremely influential in the 60's

. He uncovered a lot of talent in Britain. There were many, many artists that worked with him before going on to their own careers.
Hi T -
Well frankly I was going to have to do a little google search on most of Shane's summer music. It seems that Hazelwood is the only one I knew (that was nice to send the link, Tom - I have a copy also, but I don't know how to link anything). This little corner of the board is my somewhat selfish attempt at trying to expand my musical horizons. I felt that I needed to add to my music and I'm wondering what everyone else listens to. I know there are a lot of music threads and mentions here and there, but now and again, I like to see lists of peoples choices.
Shane:
I'm glad you connected to something (the link Tom kindly sent you). If you pass this way again, I'd be interested to know more about the music you mentioned -
I See a Darkness - that one has me wondering.
Thanks all.
Linda.
I think I've been pretty much inundated with Nick Cave info - he'll be on my shopping list (or Christmas list).
