It's New Year' s eve and I've done wrong
but tell me if you can
who walk the straight and narrow path
I'd like to meet that man
Let he who do not owe a dime
come pay the largest bill
the innocent and truly pure
shall feel the coldest chill
I've seen it come, I've seen it go
the love is but for sale
both men and women dressing up
devotion is so frail
I do prefer you treat me fair
but even if you don't
the crucified can't leave the cross
stop loving you I wont.
Now Im so sorry for what I've

Peter, it is a joy to read a piece on unrequited love, on this first day of a new year. A year which promises to bring misery to so many around the world. Thank you for reminding us of a purpose much higher than those of the easy sound-bites of self-serving politicians. Best regards for a new year, Byron
"Bipolar is a roller-coaster ride without a seat belt. One day you're flying with the fireworks; for the next month you're being scraped off the trolley" I said that.
