The use of numbers to get a point across worked well. I think the drama could have been enhanced if the narrator gave more than 'half' of their ten minutes. The final two lines are very poignant and hint at a much bigger picture.
Interesting-this blending of the familiar (the things that I don't have to tell you) with the secret passion. It makes me wonder about the relationship. The last lines somehow brought to mind The Beatles, "All you need is love."
