I wrote this many years ago. It is a very silly thing.
THOSE LUCKY PORPOISES
AND SADLY CAMELS
I porpoisely wrote
This poem for a mammal
Who's living with fish
But never a camel!
In the world of
Blue-waters
Where they live,
work and play
The lumpy-backed camel
Can't visit or stay!
They're dining on seafood
Each day of the week
While the camel eats straw
And stands on sore feet!
Surrounded by water,
Never drinking a drop.
While the dusty brown camel
Must pack his upontop!
Please, tell not the camel
Bout this comparative deed
'Cause:
No porpoise in life
Is what all camels need!

Ha. You should have posted during the "limerick phase" around these parts.
I don't know if you have these in GB, but here in the US we have a product called: Craisins...which is dried cranberries.

thanks! I actually illustrated this this a couple of years ago (primatively of course). Hmmm, maybe this is good project for my other hobby

When one thinks of the currant situation
There isn't much raisin to fear
That a grape will ever be Sultan..
a hermaphrodite cannot be queer
Just fruity.
