I have swallowed all my pride
And together with it all my feelings
For your sake
I have opened all the doors you have been knocking
I have comforted you
Encouraged you
Defended you against everyone
I have cried
But never so it would hurt you
Screamed and thrown dishes at you
But always in solitude
Now there is nothing left
But forgive me
I can not die for you
This is inspired by a poem someone once read for me, don't remember who, why or where - it's just been resting in my mind.
Hugs Cia
For you
For you
The intelligent man finds almost everything ridiculous, the sensible man almost nothing.

Tomorrow I am going to cry
Not today
I have too many things to do today
I must do my laundry
Clean the house
Visit my mother
Feed the neighbours cat
So I have no time for crying
But tomorrow I will cry
Unless there are too many things to do
Like watching the Late night show
Just to keep the tears away
I will cry some day
But not today
Okay, I will give it a break now

I was talking to some one yesterday who said that it's so strange that people never take time to do what is needed, like crying when you want to, but that we always laugh no matter what. I gave it a second thought and ended up here

crying is wonderfully cleansing but it's funny how time passes and we don't make enough space to do it.Cia wrote:I was talking to some one yesterday who said that it's so strange that people never take time to do what is needed, like crying when you want to, but that we always laugh no matter what.
