last night i dreamed that dylan sang a cohen song at the nobel ceremony on 10th december - and it wasn't 'halleluja'. wish i could tell you which song, but don't want to completely spoil the surprise. all i will say is that bob gave a lovely little speech, including something about how he thought leonard was more deserving of the accolade than himself.

i should add that he appears by video link, enabling him to avoid listening to hours of long dry speeches - and still pick up the cheque
