There are two music videos for this song, correct? There is one in black and white that uses the recording from Various Positions .

Which recording of the song is used in this video? Is it available on an album?

I'm fairly sure you are correct, Helen.
I have just played the two together and they sound the same to me, and have the same track duration.

Spenser, "Cohen Live" is an excellent album, containing a mix of live recordings from 1988 and 1993.
Tracks are:
Dance Me To The End Of Love; Bird On The Wire; Everybody Knows; Joan Of Arc; There Is A War; Sisters Of Mercy; Hallelujah; I'm Your Man; Who By Fire; One Of Us Cannot Be Wrong; If It Be Your Will (LC sings); Heart With No Companion; and Suzanne.

My copy has a Sony number 477171 2
I'm not sure if this is an international number, or just Australian.
Check Amazon, etc., well worth adding to your collection.

Spencer, As you know, the B&W video (approx time length 4:45mins) is using the soundtrack of Various Positions CD, but it appears to be advertising it as Cohen Live at the beginning of the video which isn't correct.

Helen and Alan, I am in agreement with you both that the coloured video (approx time length 6:10mins) is from Cohen Live.

Alan, the number on my CD for Cohen Live is the same as yours. btw...this is one of my favourite LC official CD's!

And as a general observation, the same version on the Cohen Live CD (from a live show at the O'Keefe Centre, Toronto 17th June 1993) is used in these other two official CD's:
