damn...I'm now on the list
I should have kept my disguise 8)

I tried to keep myself off lists but looks like I was too clever by half.

I must make a list of all the lists I have tried to evade.

Yours listingly

In Michael's world a "Troll" is someone who refuses to flatter him.

how sad, the name calling little troll has won.

you people don't care what he's done to this forum. look at the personal attacks he wages against people that don't like him or disagree with him - bastards, losers, useless... on and on.

and you people put up with it. so very sad.

webmaster, this forum needs a different name. it has nothing to do with poetry or music.

Critic2,

I am indeed the king of doggeral. The doggeral in my family is legendary and I inherited the gene from my father who was the previous king of doggeral. To write true doggeral is not an easy assignment and must be worked on constantly. I thought you would appreciate this as I was made to sing along with some of your rather forced doggeral in New York. Should you not apologize immediately, I'll have to ask Wenslau to thrash you in naked mud-wrestling again when we meet in Berlin whilst Anne and Marianne snicker in the background.

Should you choose to apologize, and send me your post address via PM I'll include you on my holiday card list which will include a truly terrible doggeral that even unwrit begins to make me proud!

Well, that's what I get for perusing lists whilst bleary-eyed from the 'new and improved' [did I mention 'useless'?] computer system at work. Now, I'm perusing whilst teary-eyed from laughing at Joe Way's ohhhhh-so-clever, poetic response to his promotion, in the midst of my pending demotion  . Jolly job, Joe  .

It's okay, smokin ~ some people are just drawn to lists. [For me, if I hope to accomplish anything on any given day, I need them to live by.] However, it remains that this is but one thread that can be ignored at will. I know it's hard to do that. I've tried and have yet to succeed. Sooner or later, I catch up by reading many posts at a time. I think it's this section that you're wanting renamed, though, not the forum. Even so, we do get lost in tangents from time to time. Are you planning to participate in the next poetry contest? Speaking of which, it's looking like I need to [again] remove my name from the possibles list for intermediary for it. This work thing is now monopolizing a lot of my energy. I'm used to getting my work done in a timely manner, with minimal stress. That pattern has been turned on its head.

Pete ~ your name gave you away :) .

I'll try to keep my eyes clear and wide open, C2, lest I miss another VIP [or PP ~ should Joe Way take leave of 'the' list].

Hello Uncle smokin

Aunty always said you were a lazy old moaner! do you remember how every Christmas she made the turkey, roasted the potatoes and brusell sprouts and you wouldn't even lay the table or help with the washing-up. Then you would moan and moan if you couldn't find the magazine with the telly programmes in!

Well, Dear Uncle, it seems like you haven't changed at all. You have given nothing to this forum and yet you still moan and moan. Maybe you should take a long lie down

your loving niece

smoking

ps when you said this forum had nothing to do with poetry were you thinking of critic2's promotion of a poetry contest, his 9 entries and his critiques afterwards, or were you thinking of your contribution which has been limited to a'trollin and a'moanin? . don't worry Uncle we still love you even if you are always the bad boy of the family!

Hey Smoking, alias Critic2, alias Michael, alias mickey_one, alias Martine, alias Harry Harpin;

9 entries in the Poetry Contest? 9 out of 22 entries? Now that's a pathetic Poetry Contest. Kinda like the Egoless Poetry site.

 Niece Smoking.

 Okat ~ Can you find those SnoWaves at Wal-mart?

You hit the Submit button before I did last night, Joe, and I didn't see your post 'til this morning. No idea why I'm telling you that, as I'm not commenting, anyway. Gotta get ready for work, post haste.

Smokey wrote:Hey Critic2, truce if you promote me to PP? I know you brought this forum back to life with your poetry competition. BUt I warn you that if you don't agree to this deal I will troll you forever !
this is the first time I have ever publicly posted a private message but I only do so as I have now stated on numerous occasions that I will only consider a change of category if submissions are made in public to this thread. I really thought this was clear by now.

How could anyone derive any pleasure from a contest in which nine out of 22 poems were written by you. Perhaps for the next contest you could write ALL of them. :P

Michael, I want a retraction of this lie you have written. And make it quick. I have never written you a private message. I don't mind a joke but lying about having received a private message and then posting "it" is not kosher.
