You're a Cohen fan so you're obviously a good catch, you just need some marketing.

First - As a Leonard Cohen guy … you’re already half way there with anybody that you’d want to be with.
Make sure you highlight this fact by wearing t-shirts, buttons and dropping lines into general conversation.
A word of caution here, make sure the individual is a cohen fan before asking if they prefer ‘anal sex’ to ‘casual sex’
or tying out a cohen line. ‘I’d wear a mask for you’ might get you slapped or could get you into a situation in which
you have to memorize a ‘safe’ word ( fine only if you have a good memory)

Second – who are you?
Kijiji says adds with picture are most effective, why not put your picture up (clothing on is best).
Where are you? maybe somebody would like to ask you for coffee but can't afford to fly and perhaps
add some non-Cohen stuff into your profile. Also your age so that people can guess at whether you like
older Cohen stuff or newer Cohen stuff.

These are all very admirable qualities you have but not enough to find a partner.
Perhaps one or more of the following could be an explanation why you have not found a partner yet:

- Lack of character
- Lack of social skills
- Bad breath
- Health issues
- Lack of money
- Scary pets
- Addiction to drugs and/or alcohol
- Premature ejaculation
- Weird sexual preferences
- Still living with your parents
- Wearing or owning uniforms from Star Trek or other Sci-Fi series
