Romance with a double bass (1974)

This is a short comedy film, of which the composer is listed as "Leon Cohen". The score has a beautiful little piece for the double bass that I am interested in, and I was wondering if Leonard Cohen is the one who wrote it. Thanks!

Although information on imdb is limited, it suggests that it is not Leonard Cohen at all.
