I will probably have to take a few hours off work during the presale day in order to get my little special ticket, hence why I want to be a hundred percent certain of the actual date. Hi all,
here we go again. I can't believe he's coming back. I see lots of names on the forum from the last time and greetings to one and all. I for one would be delighted with the exact same tickets I got on the last two presales. (Thanks Jarrko!!) There's NO WAY I'm gonna wait for the chance of the chance of better tickets closer to the date....... the bird in the hand....
i don't suppose there is any hope of getting a seating plan for Dublin is there? Presumably they haven't really thought about it yet given it's over 6 months away yet. I wasn't at the last Kilmainham concert and from what I've seen of youtube videos etc the seating looked really wide out to the sides of the stage, anyone care to confirm? I would prefer to be a few rows back and in the middle rather than right out at the side if it's possible.

I'm open to correction, but at a guess there was approx 70 rows back from the stage, and 150 seats accross in the 5 blocks. The second and in particular fourth photo down on this page gives an idea of it http://1heckofaguy.com/2008/06/16/the-l ... omplaints/# I would agree that being out on the wings will leave you savouring the atmosphere and watching the big screens.
We were in row 25 of the centre block and the view was OK, nothing special.
Anyway if you get seats in the dead centre of one of the first 5 rows you should be sorted. Definitly worth the extra money.
2008 - dublin (kilmainham - the best, ever) 2009 - dublin (The Point) and tampa and NY(MSG) and san jose 2010 - sligo (second best) and oakland and portland and las vegas 2011 - lenny and me were resting, so we were 2012 - dublin (kilmainham again) and austin 2013 - dublin (The Point, 2 times) 2014 & 2015-enjoying the memories and saving the pennies; just in case; just in case..............

Hi Pink, nice to hear from you!
And trouble again!
Got it. (Duuuh!) Thank you so much for your response, & for the link, Wendy.
I hope the sites for Dublin & Paris will accept U.S. credit cards, because the site for Ghent didn't. I had to use bank transfers, which makes me anxious because I've never done that before, so I hope it will work out. (Meanwhile, at least my golden circle seats are reserved for 5 days until they receive the payment). It also wasted time, having to first give info for 2 different credit cards, be denied, then go back & choose the bank transfer option. So, anyone know if they will accept U.S. credit/debit cards at the Dublin & Paris sites? (All I know is that in 2009, the Dublin seller accepted them).

Please and follow the separate thread about Verona. It goes possibly on some kind of public or local presale today at noon CEST. More in the other thread.

Thanks for that fan, Lisadell does seem to have been a better seating lay out, more bowl shaped than just spread across the flat.
