get out your shell
you egg
now be quiet
dont talk no more
nothing sensible
has ever been sed
by an egg

IN many ways when I wrote this it was like a test of your judgments and when no-one answers then how sure I am that subtltying is not your things at all! Your loss (not mine) (thank you)
Re: Silence like a scramblling egg
.. I don't know about all your "subtltying".. however, I have wondered (and just of late, in fact) why the fairly common expression having to do with laying an egg has such a negative connotation. I mean, surely contributing an egg to the world at large is a lot more useful and valuable than--well, than most things I can think of, especially those things that humans are in large part responsible.. so.. [just thought I'd mention]
Actually, my second "egg" matter has to do with an unrealized dream of mine.. to run a breakfast place where one of the breakfast items would be named:
eggsistential
this dish would obviously consist of just a lone fried egg in the middle of a rather large plate or platter. Oh, and it would come with a single cup of black coffee. [cream and/or sugar would be frowned upon, and cost extra]
[sorry about that last bit--I, too, am scrambling]
later, fish.

I have grown to admire and respect Lazysuit and her sharp crits. Can you please give me your opinion on this one- surely one of my best!

Hey sorry for the silence from my corner here...I've been avoiding electricity for two or three days and I come back here to find a multiple personality Georges, Ev fish that might make sense at some point which brings us roundly to your latest upload...Yup, that's a real good poem. Almost like a back to back set of haiku and doubtlessly as profound any art that takes it's time to be revealed. For now, this just made me laugh, very briefly and contentedly...
