The prime considerations were, in order:
How Leonard's voice sounded;
Sound quality of the band {some recordings have distorted passages (camera fault, not sound engineer fault)};
Picture quality & preference for 16:9 aspect ratio over 4:3;
HD over SD recording;
Longer version rather than shorter;
Interesting bits (e.g. blouses in San Jose - Closing Time);
No intrusive audience yells close to camera.

I have included all my own videos - purely selfish I assure you!

I have adjusted some of the song positions to fit on 3 X 80 minute discs (timing above). e.g. Boogie Street was never (?) an encore item, but was easy to move to Encores and Extras.
Set 1 usually (always?) started with Dance Me To The End Of Love and finished with Anthem.
Set 2 started with Tower of Song and often ended with Take This Waltz.
Encore order was more difficult to decide, but I got a feel from Maarten's excellent record.

Dates are all 2010 except where listed.
