Looks like we will have the highest number of Forum members ever getting together in one city - in Las Vegas. Hundreds, judging from the presale. Including a very big delegation from Europe!

What an honor for Leonard - and a pleasure for all of his fans. And Caesars Palace at one time (last year) questioned the wisdom of booking him there. How wrong they were! I am so grateful to Leonard for giving us one final chance to see him before his well-deserved break from touring. I get excited just thinking about it.

Good evening all from wet and windy wexford,
have been an armchair member for a while now, and always enjoy reading the posts from u all. We have just booked our flights to vegas. It seems strange considering we did not get to Lissadell to see the great man, unfortunately work commitments made sure of that. But looking at the many youtube videos, especially Albert Noonans, etc. and reading all the reviews made me encourage my wife that we needed a "short break in Vegas". I've never met Jarkko, but he deserves all our thanks for his dedication to such a wonderful site about our living legend.

An observation----I booked tickets for saturday in Las Vegas the second the pre sale started, I got orch5 row gg which I am extremely happy with but looked yesterday and was offered orch4 row ee similar numbered seats.......could make fans unhappy!!!

So who's going to Honolulu? I was tempted by a seat in the centre of the front row but I have absolutely no idea if I can make it, sandwiched as it is immediately after our return from visiting my sister in Perth and travelling to Vegas for the final shows.

Hey, you grocers of despair, what's with the negative vibes? Just think of the Las Vegas shows as the last ones in 2010, because that's all we know for certain. Think about how awesome it is going to be sitting in a room with Leonard Cohen and so many wonderful forum friends! What an extraordinary, life enhancing experience that will be! Don't dwell on what has passed away or what is yet to be, just revel in the fact that you're going to be basking in the glow of Leonard Cohen! Life is good, people! Live for the day!
