Everyday when I awake I wish to G-d they'd go away
but there they are as loud as ever, companions for the day
I wonder how I still stay sane, conversations make no sense
The child, The man, The philanderer demanding recompense
they all join in to confuse this lost and lonely mind
I hope one day I'll conquer and leave them all behind

This strong 'plea' [of sorts ~ until I find the word I really want] is very graphic in speaking to the feelings of helplessness and being controlled, felt by those who live with hearing voices.
