Re-emergence

Post by George.Wright »

Alone, for many a year in a dark room, meditating and looking for a sign
and you examine the dark recesses and crimson caverns of your mind
not quite knowing what wonderous and secret treasures, you shall find
examine the deep hidden symbols, of love and hate
that tickle and tantalises, the fickle hand of fate
and the white whale's tail smacks abrupt, against your pineal gland
and smooths and covers the impressions in time's old sand
making your mundane existence seem, very base and bland
and washing up your mind's creations from the sea, to the venus land
memories of golden haired mermaids and their shimmering hair looms
and the deep, sensual, feminine, sinister, reflected images of the moon
arose with the kundalini's light, from the shadows of the mind's gloom
and personifies, fleshes and bloods, dancing in air, in the pure black room
filled with images and memories of lemon groves, from the past
aromas that linger and tantalise and forever last
and the hermit crab has finished, his long endurance fast
exposes his weak body, away from the structured shells conical, helix, cast
and merges completly into the purest form of energy that can be
colourfull, bright and resonates, with all the love you can see
emerges again to the primeval garden and returns to the forbidden tree
where the ego took form and shape and decided to break free
awakened by the fruits of knowledge and lust, that happened to tempt thee

Fabulously vivid 'dreamscapes' painted with Georges' inimitable 'brush'.

Darn good, again George! :D

Ciao George!

I don't know how you do it! The combination of images in your poems is brilliant and unique. Of all the people on the forum you are the most interesting one to me. Truly an original! Keep on writing!
