Just to let you all know that we got two tickets in Block A, Row L - no idea how good, bad or indifferent the seats are.

Your 12 rows from the front,i would class those as very good seats! :D and yes the house has been done up,its going to be an amazing night

Are the seats in the first few rows of Block A TOO close to the stage?

They are dangerously close, how about a swap for my Block B Row RR, I won’t even charge for the difference in price.

I said the same on the previous page - amazing the number of fan club members that ended up in row M - looks like a lot of the rows forward of that have been held back

I got row E,last year i got C for Dublin and D for Belfast(or maybe it was the other way round!)good tickets are available,M is still nothing to sneeze at,and i hate to stand up for Ticketbastard but its because the tickets are being held for people that they go from unavailable to available if someone passes them up,there are thousands of people scrambling for tickets at the same time so theres only so organised it can be......anyway,congrats everyone!

( I was meaning would you end up having to strain your neck upwards at the stage i.e. that you might be actually better a few rows back)

That is for sure!! But hey there are two swallows sitting on my telephone wires having winged it in from South Africa last night, so who am I to complain about the vagaries of ticketing systems. I see CarlowMike has a few tickets for sale so I might get bartering.
Just like the swallows........where there's a will there's a way! Tóg go bog é! :D

Thanks for the Presale, Jarkko.
Bit of a fiasco really, Ticketmaster's fault no doubt. I clicked on the link just as it came up only to find Ticketmaster weren't quite ready! Then got offered very back of Block A, no thanks. Several tries later, having been booted off the site several times got Block B, Row H. would have liked better, but about the same as Kilmainham and that was magical. :D

What a nightmare of a morning- was all set and at the computer at 8.45 with everything ready to go- it took me two hours to get tickets! The first ones I was offered were Block A row G; kept getting a blank page at the verifying Visa page- have ended up with Block B Row S- soo dissapointed... Have just been reading through the posts of others that had problems as well- so frustrating! On the plus side tho delighted that I got tickets and that I will get to see the great man once more! And for those of you who dont know Sligo it is one of the most beautiful counties in Ireland- I'm sure the night will be magical! Soo excited! Be careful about flying into Donegal- do not attempt unless you are willing to hire a car- last time my dad came to visit me in Sligo he flew that route and it took him six hours on public transport to make it back to Donegal in time for his flight- complete nightmare! Driving its about 3 hours- but it really isint that close- I never advise anyone to fly in there!

I realised after the Berlin and the O2 bookings that what you are offered mightn't be the best as you can get better if you go again and get some released tickets. With that in mind I tried a good few times, starting at B/V and ending up taking B/Z in a panic :) . Of course I see that people got better seats a good while after I bought. Not to worry, 38 rows back is not the worst :D

:D Managed to get my tickets, yippee- but accommodation was harder to find. So for anyone who is not having any luck, Today I booked the Yeats Country Hotel , Rosses Point , Sligo- about 7 miles from Lissadell house. Hope to see you all there at the concert!
