Advice needed - any French speakers?(Grenoble gig)

Post by howthelightgetsin »

Hi there,

I was aiming to go to the new date but a close friend of mine has now decided to get married on Sept 18th meaning I can't go to Grenoble on the 17th :(

I bought my ticket from here:
http://www.spectacles.carrefour.fr/bill ... -GRCOH.htm

I can see up until the 15th of March reimbursements are possible but does anyone know how with that site? I have the ticket here in the UK. Any knowledge/advice would be greatly appreciated folks.

Cheers!

Hi Howthelightgetsin

Have you tried clicking on 'Suivi de commandes' on the top left handside under 'Nos services'? Does that lead anywhere useful?
If not, I suggest clicking on 'Nous contacter' and asking them what you need to do. Unless someone else has already found that out, of course!

Looks like a great seat, though, so you might manage to sell it here! Good luck! :D

thanks Remote1 - this morning I filled in the form on 'Nous contacter' and enquired about refunding my Grenoble ticket(with ref no) and then buying a Marseille one through them... I'll see if I hear back... :)

I did that with FNAC for my Lille ticket, and their reply wound up in my spam folder for some reason unknown to me. You might want to check your spam folder. Sure, different company, and I don't know how hair-triggery your email client's spam filters are, but still.

Hi folks - thanks a lot for your replies :) The other day I rang the Carre Four number and a nice lady gave me the address to send back my ticket for a refund. Then I couldn't find it(couldn't remember the 'safe' place I'd put it and I'm currently packing boxes to move house this Saturday) but alas I found it and sent it back special delivery - phew! Oh and sorry not to have replied sooner Brian but it was a single ticket not a pair.
