All I've seen is this clip; I'd say he looks depressed and sounds bitter. It seems as if touring does him a lot of good, but holidays are not the best thing for him... Just my opinion, of course, which I know will be the minority one.
Really? Being honoured in such a way and that's what you're interpreting his reactions to be? Armchair psychologists

The quality's not that great, but keep in mind that he's in front of a mic that picks up every breath. You hear that with most award recipients actually. They're nervous and breathe a bit more heavily.
I wouldn't look at lastfm first to have reliable information about concerts, but would always double check with an official source: anyone can add concerts on the site, and obviously, the concert in Moscow is listed twice there, once in Russian, with over 100 persons attending and once in English, and the latter only has been "cancelled". If the Bratislava concert is not listed there, it most likely means that none, promoter or someone attending for instance, has added it.
Don't worry, the slightly breathless impression is a result of poorish quality on this recording, he sounded perfectly okay on the live stream, his voice had its usual deeply golden timbre.

What on earth is going on?
I got a virus to my computer so I haven`t been here for a few days. (My computer is still broken but I am in the library now.) I arrived this forum couple of minutes ago and I found all these weird (bad?) news. I`m just shocked... Oh, our dear Leonard, I hope he is doing well.
With her fingers crossed,

O love, aren’t you tired yet?

This will be fabulous news!
Like Sharon I am the eternal optimist (on most things...)
and don't forget Jarkko still has 2010 after his signature.
Good luck to all of us and lets go for good news!

2010 Sligo x 2/Victoria/Vancouver/Portland/Las Vegas x 2.

2013 Oakland x 2/New York City x 2/Winnipeg...
Well, are we really waiting for an big piece of news coming from L.A. on a sunday morning ?
I'm afraid nothing will pop out until tomorrow ....
BUT, if it was about canceling the tour (which for anyone, in anycase might just happen) why wouldn't they just have announced 'the tour is canceled', instead of playing with our nerves like this.... (something will be told .... but what ?)
Therefore, i'd rather think it's something else ....
Did anyone see that the webb sisters have no forthcomming schedule on their webpage (whereas the tour 2010 is displayed on Roscoe beck 's (with this note : 'schedule is subject to change'...) or sharon Robinson's) ?
Does it mean .... something ?

Couldn't agree more, Mutti. Panicked on seeing this, but it so sounds like another Jarkko lesson in patience, shortly to be followed by more tour dates (...fingers crossed), followed by the news of the UK/Ireland leg (...feels like I'll be nailed to one by then )

"as we make our way towards the finish line, that some of us have already crossed..."
Maybe it is something to worry about....
Or maybe it just refers to Michael Jackson, who I think got the next award after him. There is little doubt MJ has crossed the finish line.
Well anyway, my fingers are crossed, that my understanding of crossed is correct...
I watched the whole event up to Leonard's award, and I believe that his words refer to the very advanced age and previous deaths of many of the recipients before him, and of course Michael Jackson after him. Clark Terry is in his late 80s, and ascended the stairs with great difficulty; Loretta Lyn is in her 90s I believe, and was not able to attend; Bobby Darin is dead... So Leonard was on the young side of it all last night.
