I don’t know if this has been posted before, but it was one of the few times that a Cohen’s song was sung at this magic place. Just for the record, it was on July 23, 1984, the first time that Herodeion opened its doors to welcome non-classical repertoire concerts. Nana Mouskouri was invited for a concert to celebrate ten years after the restoration of Democracy in Greece and twenty years after the last concert she gave in her country.“The Guests” was among the songs that were chosen for that night.
