The reception desk looks like straight out of an old black & white Hollywood movie. Both lifts seem to move in slow motion up and down the ten-story building. Sometimes, the inside of the hotel looks like a barracs. But holes in the floors, sqeeking waterpipes or breathing heatpipes only add to the ambiente of the hotel.

Re: Chelsea Hotel Plaque
The 28 minute plaque ceremony video will be broadcast on Monday, Nov. 16, 10 PM New York Time on Revolting News, mmn.org>what's on now> ch. 56 or if you are in Manhattan, you can just watch ch.56 at that time. It can be watched with a Windows Media Player or Flip4Mac. Of course you can still find it on the internet, Dailymotion and Vimeo, at any time.

FINAL REPORT
All accounting has been completed and I have today forwarded the amount exceeding costs to the Fund for Reconciliation, Tolerance and Peace, via Robert Kory. The amount of our Forum contribution came to $1900.
Many thanks all! Believe your generosity will be appreciated and prove beneficial to Leonard's new charity.
Also of note --- the plaque remains in its prime location just above the Chelsea Hotel name on 23rd St. Don't miss it if you come to town.

Thanks Dick!
One day when I do visit New York I will especially have visiting the Chelsea Hotel as a top priority.
That is great so much money was donated that some could go to the fund.
Thank you for your part in all this and the others too.
Great meeting you in Las Vegas and San Jose and hope to see you somewhere again soon on the 2010 tour.

Re: Chelsea Hotel Plaque
Thank you Dick, SO much for your involvement with this wonderful project! The amount of money going to Leonard's charity is awesome and indicates how much his fans are committed to him and all he supports! What a transcendent moment in time we experienced at the Chelsea in October! The memories are so very very special.
Received the video from Leonard ("same city...no golden voice") today and I am looking forward SO SO much to viewing it tomorrow! Great video, and great remembrances!
Again...a HUGE thanks to you, Sue, and Leonard!
