A very dear friend has given me the gift of Peace and I have copied and pasted here for all to see and learn.....
By following the simple advice I read in an article, I have finally found inner peace........the article read:
"The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you've started."
So I looked around the house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished....and before coming to work this morning I finished off a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white, the Bailey's, Kahlua and Tia Maria, my Prozac, some Valium and a box of chocolates. You have no idea how freakin good I feel....
You may pass this on to those you feel are in need of Inner Peace...

Inner Peace
"Bipolar is a roller-coaster ride without a seat belt. One day you're flying with the fireworks; for the next month you're being scraped off the trolley" I said that.
Inner peace
Good advice........quite true Byron!
Byron, finally we have the explanation for the look on Leonard's face in his drawing "Inner Peace & Harmony"

Byron,
Ah such wisdom
Too bad most of the "gurus" of the 20th.C were not so 'enlightened'. If I were to finish off all the items hanging about my roost I should need an ambulance with an army of paramedics to cart me away before I could get anywhwere near completion of the task.
I have a busy day ahead of me but perhaps I could aim for some "peace of mind" this evening.
Cheers, Reckless Owl.
