Thank you for your patience in dealing with all the questions.

Hi Mary,
Guess I'm jumping in before Jarkko does but the answer is YES. For those people on the west coast they will login for the presale at 10am and we will at 1pm EDT so we'll all be on at the same time. Already getting butterflies in the stomach! Good luck to you..unless you get a front row seat before I do...

You are already registered. Scroll down to the topic you need.

About the password, which is to be the city name in all CAPS. What is the city? Is it labeled in the caption beneath the picture now, or will it be labeled when pre-sale starts, or should I already know where that picture was taken (but, really, I don't), will the city change as presale goes on? Only meant this to be one question, but it seems to open itself.
Will I be able to buy on pre-sale tickets of two different price ranges?
What I mean is that I'll be going with some VERY stingy relatives, that asked me to buy the tickets for them but that don't want to spend for front rows.
Anybody knows if I'll be able to place an order for them and one for me at the same time?
Or else I'll have to try to place two orders (with total tickets always below the 8 threshold?
I believe (but don't know for sure) that in one order you can't have tickets in different categories. It might be a good idea to give Ticketmaster a phone call to ask if their system accepts two separate reservations to the same concert (within the 8 tix limit). We know previously that they cancel any reservation (or multiple reservations) with more than 8 tickets.

Based on my extensive experience of Ticketmaster (far too much for comfort in the last 18 months alone!) I am certain that you will have to place 2 separate orders. My recommendation would be to buy your most expensive tickets first. (Almost) everyone wants to sit centre front if they can so the best seats go first despite the price tag. Complete your purchase as fast as you can, stay logged in to TM then go for another purchase at the lower price level. Don't worry if you get a "no tickets available" message when you go back in. You don't say which show you are going for but there will be lots of people trying at the same time and you will probably find that tickets will still be showing up 30 mins or more after they first go on sale, even for the smaller venues, as people release tickets on hold. A lot of people go in to TM to see what is available even when they have no intention of going to the show (I know I have been guilty of this in the past, usually for shows like Red Rocks where I would love to be there but know I can't). People who have completed a purchase also go back in to see if there are better tickets on offer than the ones they bought.
Sadly these days buying tickets seems to come down to who has the fastest internet connection and how fast you can type.
Hopefully ... this will be easier than trying to play Final Jeopardy.
Moments later ...
Cleveland, home of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, thanks you for taking care of us. I'll be somewhere in the 7th row at the beautiful Allen Theatre in the Playhouse Square theatre district.

Help! I'm trying to buy tickets for Nashville. I went to the link for Nashville in the Pre-Sale post, but it says that I can't buy tickets until August 3. Any advice? What do I do? Thanks.
Hi - Nashville is Central Time - it is only 9:05 AM here now...we have another 55 mins to wait! Although I admit to also being stressed about the TPAC ticket interface...

Oh, shoot. I didn't realize that! Thanks for letting me know.
FYI - before you try to buy tickets for Cleveland, make sure your cookies are set for medium-low, according to their recommendation.
